If you bought the outlaw pass and reached the required level for them you already own it just go to a shop or your camp and change your clothing. Ill list the levels rank 2 for pants and belt, 5 for shirt and suspenders, 10 for gloves, 20 for boots and chaps, 25 for bandana and 30 for the hat. Hope this helps!
