I think Apple might replace it because they have some sort of clause where they say if your battery drops below 80% during first year, it may be eligible for faulty battery replacement. I am not fully sure, but make an appointment at GeniusBar and see what they say.
When I put it on charger and turned it on, the iphone show 10% of battery. Then I charged the iphone battery to 100% and use it for couple of minutes, the iphone shut down again as if it is running out of battery. When I turned it back on again it show my battery from 100% to 10% and it's repeating the same thing every time.
